★ The best time to bring in books is during the week, especially in the late afternoon.

-
★ The worst time to bring in books is the weekend. Our weekends are always very busy. If you bring in books on Saturday or Sunday, may not be able to get to them while you wait.
-
★ During the week, few bags or boxes at a time is best. On the weekends just one bag or box, please.
-
★ All our books are on inventory, which means we enter each book as it comes in. We also keep track of your store credit and any books you’ve placed on request.
-
★ When you bring in books, please leave them in their box or bag, along with the your account name.
-
★ When putting a book on request, it saves time if you already know the title, author, and ISBN. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the book’s information, we can always look it up.
-
★ Sometimes... we can’t take all the books you bring in, but we’ll always offer to donate them to the library.
-
★If you rather take your books home than donate them, we ask for you to wait for us to finish before you leave. Our store policy is, if you leave a box of books to be picked up later, we’ll hold it for 24 hours. After 24 hours, we’ll donate them to the library. Sorry, but we just don’t have the room.

★You can not use your credit on new books or gifts, only used books and used audio books. Your account will expire one year from the date of your last transaction
